The Halton Ski Club made their annual visit to the Club Trails, Saturday Feb. 17. David Turner welcomed the group and assisted members of Halton Ski Club with trail instructions and in the right picture is seen with Heinz Yeager, group leader from the Halton Club at the end of their ski day.

One of the most popular trails in our system is the above mentioned trail , bulldozed out of the Glenelg hillsides on the private property of the Turners and created by David and Sharon the owners. When we asked who Bob Boutilier is or was we received this reply from them: " The Bob Boutilier Trail was named after our nephew. He was an outdoorsman, canoeist, camper, hiker and crosscountry skier. But most importantly his attributes were kindness and generous spirit. Unfortunately he did not live to ski this beautiful Trail, so we ( David and Sharon Turner ) felt it only fitting to name it after him"

This is a picture of the visiting young people called the "challenge group" jack rabbits from the Bruce ski club who skiied here during the ski club exchange!!
